Understanding Service Leavers over 50

This research project aims to investigate the employment challenges and barriers faced by servicemen and servicewomen of all ranks aged 50 or over at the point of discharge from the UK Armed Forces. It is being conducted by the Centre for Research into the Older Workforce (CROW) on behalf of the Officers' Association.
Individuals from within this demographic are invited to participate in a series of focus groups and an online survey.
